Welcome to our Large Luxury Holiday Cottage in the Lake District
Set against a backdrop of Lakeland mountains, Little Parrock is only 10-15 minutes walk from the bustling centre of Grasmere in the heart of the Lake District. The village of Grasmere has a range of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and parks and is the perfect starting point for walks and bike rides.
Our Large cottage
Within our large cottage there is a spacious sitting room and dining room which are reached via a grand hallway. Both rooms boast high ceilings and Victorian bay windows. The modern kitchen boasts lovely views of the garden against a backdrop of never ending fells and mountains. The staircase curves round to a large square landing, shared by five bedrooms - two king-size doubles, one double, one triple & one single. The bathrooms comprise a family bathroom with a bath and seperate shower and downstairs a shower room.
At the back of the house there is a beautiful spacious garden which catches the sunshine through most of the day. A large lawn area is flanked by a herbaceous border. There is also a summerhouse for the children to play in.
