Our 9 holiday cottages are set around a courtyard offer unusually spacious self-catering holiday accommodation with superb facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and hot tub, and a childrens play area. Our Devon self catering cottages are in an excellent position overlooking Peppercombe beach and Bideford Bay, near Bideford in Devon. The cottages sleep from 2 to 13 people. Pets and dogs are welcome at our family and toddler friendly Devon holiday cottages. Short breaks are available, and our cottages provide the ideal setting for an out of season break in Devon.
Our Devon Self Catering Cottages
Our farmhouse and pretty stone cottages set around a courtyard offer unusually spacious self-catering holiday accommodation with superb facilities.
All of the cottages are well furnished, well equipped and most have their own garden. We have cottages suitable for sleeping two to thirteen people plus cots, some with beams and vaulted ceilings, four-poster beds, log burners or open fires, some pet friendly, others pet free.
The cottages are mostly arranged around a long courtyard, which has the feel of a small hamlet. Some have sea views, some with views of the surrounding fields and gardens. All of our cottages are converted from the original farm buildings and retain features and character such as beams, vaulted ceilings and stone walls. They are attractively furnished whilst also being clean, comfortable and well equipped. All are suitable for out of season stays. Some centrally heated, some with log burners or open fires and some with a mixture of night storage and panel heaters.
Most cottages have their own gardens and some accept pets (please see our website for more details). All have access to wooden garden furniture and a barbecue, either in their own garden/patio or in the large communal gardens. Cots, highchairs and stairgates are available in all cottages (except The Buttery) at no charge.
Our Self Catering Facilities
Our Devon cottages are very family and toddler friendly with excellent facilities including a children's play area and an indoor swimming pool with spa, gym and games room.
Our Devon Location
Northway cottages are located near Bideford, in Devon, in the South West of England. They provide the ideal Devon holiday base for families, walkers, cyclists, dog owners – in fact anyone looking to holiday in the south west! Our cottages are situated within half a mile of the dramatic coastal footpath above Peppercombe's National Trust shingle beach and within five miles of the glorious sandy beach at Westward Ho!
Northway cottages are surrounded by miles of fabulous walks and are the perfect place to unwind from the rigours of every day life, with spectacular sea views, coastal path walks, open countryside and farm animals.
Our position set in five acres overlooking Bideford Bay is ideally situated for visiting the beaches of North Devon and North Cornwall. Walk from our cottages to Peppercombe beach, cycle the Tarka Trail, or visit the picture postcard village of Clovelly. All are within easy reach of Northway Holiday Cottages. Short Breaks at our Devon Holiday Cottages
We are open all year, with short breaks or 3 days or more available out of season. Please note prices quoted above are per week, with small party, winter discounts and short break discounts available. There is a small charge for pets.
