Welcome to our Large Holiday Cottage in Cornwall
Olive House is a large detached holiday cottage in the centre of the village of Rock, on the north coast of Cornwall, opposite the bakery and butchers, on flat terrain about one mile from the beach and golf club. It provides quality self catering holiday accommodation for 12 people in six bedrooms. Well behaved pets and dogs are welcome at this large Cornish holiday home.
Our Cornish Holiday Cottage Facilities
In summary our holiday cottage in Rock offers self catering accommodation which includes:

· self –catering which sleeps 12 in six bedrooms, three doubles, two bunks and a twin.
· all the doubles have their own ensuite shower/wc/basin.
· the remaining bedrooms have individual basins, and in addition there is a family bathroom.
· A downstairs double bedroom, useful for grandparents who would prefer not to use the main stairs. Please note there are two steps to this part of the house also.
· a secluded flat enclosed garden with oversize garden furniture, shady tree, patio and pond.
· a semicircular in-out drive with parking for four cars without blocking each other in.
· a separate side drive to the owner/staff cottage, behind the main house with its own separate garden.

Our Location in Cornwall
Our holiday cottage is in the centre of the popular village of Rock, on the north coast of Cornwall, in south west England. It is close a range of local amenities, including a butchers, bakers, deli.
Rock is on the North Cornwall coast. There are a great many things to do and see in the area, with surfing at Polzeath, and golf, sailing, water-skiing at Rock. There is good shopping available at Wadebridge, 4 miles away, and find dining at Padstow, across the estuary from Rock, with the famous Rick Stein establishments.
The beach, quay, golf and sailing clubs are about a mile away down a road that dead-ends in the Quarry carpark.
There are numerous footpaths both along the coast, which is largely Duchy of Cornwall and National Trust land, and inland across farm land.
