Welcome to our Town house in Pollensa, Mallorca.
Our self-catering Town House is in the heart of the old town within a very short walk of the fabulous main square and only a short drive [5 km] to the nearest beaches in Puerto Pollensa & Cala de Sant Vicenç.

Pollensa, Port de Pollensa, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor make up one of the most wonderful areas in Mallorca, and without doubt it is a very attractive place to visit any time of the year.
Pollensa is a beautiful, historic town in Majorca. Dating back to the 18th century, is made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings such as the Calvari, the Parish Church, the Cloister of Sant Domingo. It has a host of good restaurants, bars, shops, several supermarkets and a medical centre.
Pollensa Festival: An outstanding feature of Pollensas cultural image is the Festival of Classical Music which has been held annually in the cloister of Sant Domingo over the months of July and August since 1961.
Nb there are many other Events & Fiestas all year round [...for me being able to enjoy a beach (windsurfing) holiday and have all the rest on my doorstep was too attractive to miss].
The Puig de Maria Sanctuary is 330 metres above Pollensa - with chapel, refectory, tower and walls. . . all constructed between the ends of the 14th and 15th centuries.
Pollensa Market: This is a traditional Sunday market with locally grown fruit and vegetables, situated in the main square with arts and crafts leading off from there. You will find many interesting things to buy and also enjoy the atmosphere of the town and it’s people.
The Puerto Pollensa, has wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramontana mountain range.
All in all an ideal location for golf, cycling, walking, bird watching, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing on the beach ........ and of course enjoying the excellent local food & wine [the Island produces some very good wines ... all the vineyards having tours & tastings. Most of the vineyards are within 30mins of Pollensa].
There are 2 golf courses within 15 min drive of the property. Golf Pollensa, with panoramic views of the Tramontana mountains, is 2km away. Golf Alcanada (18km away) on the bay of Alcudia has stunning views over the sea.
