Welcome to Port Ban Holiday Park, offering camping and caravan holidays. We are situated on the Knapdale peninsula 15 miles north of Tarbert on the mainland of Argyll & Bute in Scotland, overlooking the paps of Jura which are 11 miles away across the sound of Jura.
We are 15 miles down a single track road. There is plenty of activiites for children - Large playground, tennis court, football pitch, putting green, crazy golf course, bowling green, games hall with a pool and table tennis table. We are right on the coast with plenty of small beaches and rock pools to explore. The caravans are generously spaced and well equipped -all have microwaves , tv's and a verandah.
We have a small shop that stocks essential items and a cafe that serves homemade cakes and superb coffees. Out of school holidays we are nice and quiet -ideal for relaxation. During the holidays the place is lively (hopefully without being too noisy) with lots of children for yours to make frinds and play with.
There are organised activities such as Ceilidhs, barbeques, kids club, youth nights, quizzes etc during the busy weeks. We have non-denominational church services on Sunday and bible studies during the week. We are a family run site and hope that you enjoy your stay with us.
We have been going 41 years and the majority of our customers come back- so beware!
