Welcome to Quaysiders Club apartments and Hotel rooms in the Lake District
Quaysiders Club luxury apartments and hotel rooms are situated 30 yards away from the North shore of Lake Windermere and about 10 minutes walk from the pretty village of Ambleside. Each apartment is kept in very good condition and is looked after very well, making this perfect for a luxury holiday. Our holiday accommodation has additional facilities such as a paved area for a BBQ and a leisure spa.

Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms; a double and a twin, one nice size bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and hall. One of the sofa's in the lounge folds into a further double bed. Each apartment has 2 televisions, DVD recorder and Hi Fi and various major sky satellite channels are also standard on both televisions. Obviously all bed linen and towels are provided as standard. A small indoor swimming pool is available on site with a jacuzzi and sauna available in that area. Washing/Drier machines are also available in a separate room next to the pool area.
Quaysiders Club also has a small number of hotel bedrooms being double and triples and these can be hired by the night on a room only basis. Many cafes are very close by within 200 yards where various types of breakfast can be bought 7 days per week.
Quaysiders Club do NOT allow any pets on site and all the buildings are NON Smoking.
Quaysiders Club are a three star rated with Visit Britain and would have been four star had we had a couple more washing machines/driers (we have 2 of each for guests use on site). Quaysiders Club have had the Gold Crown Award with RCI which is equal to 5 star standard within the very competitive timeshare world.
Our luxury apartments and hotel rooms location in the Lake District
Obviously the main attraction near our luxury apartments is the magnificent Windermere, England’s longest natural lake. Amongst other things to do are famous attractions such as the area of Grasmere, made famous by William Wordsworth who called is “The most loveliest spot that man hath found.” As well as the Beatrix Potter Gallery, the Lakeland Wildlife Oasis and the peak of Catsycam, a relatively easy climb once you have negotiated some of the best walking areas in the country, Helvellyn.
Right on the doorstep of our luxury holiday apartments are a whole host of activities such as rock climbing, fishing, canoeing, sailing and fell climbing. There are also more than a couple of golf courses if a day on the greens is your idea of a good time. The closest course is the Windermere course just a stones throw away from our hotel rooms and apartments. The accommodation is in a village location to give that authentic rural holiday feeling.
There is also access to a swimming pool, and our location near mountains means that it is an ideal location for a walking holiday or for mountain biking.
