Welcome to our pet friendly Cornish B&B.
Rezare Farmhouse offers comfortable, characterful quality four star B&B accommodation with an emphasis on good food and sustainability. Our bed and breakfast is situated in a quiet, peaceful hamlet within the Tamar Valley AONB, near Launceston and Callington in Cornwall, midway between Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, you will be perfectly placed to explore the region's many and varied attractions. Dogs are welcome.
All our rooms ( two doubles, one twin and a single ) are ensuite, contain touches of luxury in the important areas, are furnished to a high standard with very comfortable beds and practical antiques, and have access to our free wi-fi connection. The bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton, the blankets are beautifully soft pure virgin wool, and we offer both goose feather and down, and non-allergenic pillows. Each bed is also covered with one of Nanette's hand-made quilts. Most rooms have views across open countryside to Kit Hill and the Inny and Tamar Valleys.
Breakfast takes full advantage of the fact that we have an excellent butcher in Launceston, Phillip Warren, who specialises in rare breeds, makes his own sausages and cures his own bacon. Eggs come from our chickens, we bake fresh bread daily, and make our own preserves, fruit compote, yoghurt and granola. We also highlight excellent local fish on the breakfast menu, offering locally smoked kippers, omelette Arnold Bennett, and oated herrings.
Seasonally influenced meals are available most nights. We focus on excellent, locally sourced ingredients, some grown ourselves, and cook them simply, with care and the minimum of fuss. We are licensed, and stock a number of award-winning, locally produced wines, beers and ciders.
