Welcome to our Bath Self Catering Accommodation
Our self catering apartment is centrally located within the Georgian heart of the city on the banks of the River Avon. Step onto the river path from your front door and you can go on a walk through history. The apartment itself is part of a Grade II listed building and once formed the kitchens of Sir Joseph Huddart, a local businessman. You can see the old house deeds on the wall. Parts of the original flagstone flooring, beams and stonework have been restored to a very high standard and combine with luxury fittings to make the apartment the ideal choice for an enjoyable holiday or short break.
The apartment sleeps two, is large and well furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, lounge/diner with colour (Freeview) television and a laundry with washing machine. It has full gas central heating and linen and towels are supplied. There is a delightful sunny garden.
The central attractions, facilities & Thermae baths are a short walk from the apartment. Sainsbury’s supermarket is very close.
Special visitor parking by permit is available in the street. Use of the permit is free of charge to our visitors. A deposit of £20 will be payable for this, refundable on your departure.
Well-behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement for a small additional charge.
