Roan Cottage is a cosy, yet individual and spacious 3 bed roomed cottage which is located in an elevated position on the south western tip of the island looking towards the stunning Burg.
Roan cottage is located within a 15 minute walk away from the picturesque village of Bunessan. Alternatively, you can visit Iona from nearby Fionnphort or stroll along one of the many closeby, beautiful white sandy beaches.
The cottage itself has three double bedrooms, one with en suite, family bathroom (with shower), fully fitted kitchen/diner and utility room. The lounge is spacious which has oak flooring and dining area seating 6 easily. Furnished and equipped to the very highest standard together with double glazing and central heating to make your stay complete and comfortable.
Externally, there is a large enclosed garden to relax in, offering a table and two bench seating area over- looking a loch and the rugged countryside the Ross of Mull has to offer and ample parking for up to 5 vehicles.
Spend cosy evenings inside deciding your next day of exploration on this beautiful island and sitting on the benches take in the fresh air, watch the sunset or look at the stars.
