As you step through the door you find yourself in a delightfully welcoming through-room, with a glazed door that opens onto a private, sheltered and very sunny terrace. This is a perfectly designed open plan room with a relaxed living space, a smart dining area, and a stylish, well-equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave and washing machine. From kitchen to table couldn't be more convenient, and after dinner you can retire to the gorgeous Laura Ashley sofa and put your feet up in front of the entertainment unit, which comprises widescreen television with Freeview and a DVD/CD player.
Just beyond the living room is the equally charming bedroom, again with a door that opens directly onto the terrace. There are twin beds, plentiful storage space in the wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps and a hairdryer. We can provide a cot on request. The ensuite bathroom has a king-size bath with a high spec contemporary thermostatic shower and a shaver point.
You're surrounded by breath-taking countryside, from the South Downs all the way to the coast, but you're also just a few miles away from the vibrant city life of Brighton and the uniquely unspoilt town of Lewes. You'll also have easy access to London, Gatwick and South Coast beaches.
