The property is just 4 metres away from the inner harbouredge and from the balcony you can sit and watch sailing & fishing boats entering & leaving the harbour. Rental includes all bed linen & towels, gas central heating, Wi-fi broadband and your own private parking bay just a few minutes walk away. New kitchen & bathroom with walk-in shower for 2012.
