- Kitchen. Large, very well equipped, fitted kitchen with tall larder fridge/ freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron etc.
- Master bedroom- King-size sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lighting
- Twin bedroom with pine sleigh beds and fitted wardrobes.
- Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, whb and wc. Heated towel rail, shaver point

Carpetted flooring (dogs are not allowed in this part of the house)

Seashells cottage is very well situated for visiting both local beaches .Beadnell Bay is 5 minutes stroll and the very quiet Haven Beach is 300 yards away. 2 pubs both serving good meals, a café with internet access and the children’s playground are close by.
The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne, but despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.
