Welcome to our self catering apartment in Paris

Located in the very elegant and most expensive post code of Paris (6^th Arrondissement) our apartment is located on the 3^rd floor , 4^th storey (no lift) of a 17^th century listed building and is accessed via a wonderful courtyard entrance. It is an ideal place to stay as most of the monuments and points of interest are within walking distance. Also, in the neighbourhood there are excellent quality shops and stores such as fine patissaries, gourmet shops with fine french cuisine, and the well-known daily ‘Buci’ open air market plus the marché Saint Germain and on Sundays the famous Mouffetard market. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate area

The Saint-Germain district is celebrated for its elegant trendy streets, stylish fashion shops, numerous antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. It is home to the oldest church in Paris (St. Germain des Pres), Notre Dame de Paris, Le Sorbonne Universite, le Pantheon, the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay etc. all of which are within easy walking distance.

Entry to the apartment is by way of a grand stairway. The apartment is 58 sq. mt.s has lovely high ceilings and was renovated in 2002. On entering the main door you are in a spacious dining room. To the left is a door to the fully fitted kitchen. There are also numerous presses for storage and a door leading onto the bathroom. A further opening leads into the lounge where there are two sofa beds (acts as a second bedroom if required). There is a door from here which leads into the main bedroom (which is en-suite) with a double bed.

The dining room :

The Dining Room is 13 square meters, has one window looking onto the street. It is furnished with a glass top dining table for 4 people, Built-in wall closet and has a tiled floor.

The living room :

The Living Room is 15 square meters, has one large window looking onto the street. It is furnished with 2 double Sofa Beds, 2 wall cabinets, Cable TV, DVD, Telephone and is carpeted. High speed unlimited internet (wifi) connection is available.

The bedroom :

The Bedroom is 12 square meters, has 1 large window looking onto the street. It is furnished with double queen size bed , 2 bedside lockers, a chest of drawers, an armchair has a very large built in wardrope and is carpeted.

Kitchen :

The Kitchen is 10 square meters, has a very large window looking into the courtyard. It is equipped with a Ceramic Hob, Oven, Extractor Hood, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and a Coffee maker. It has Built-in kitchen units, Built-in shelves and has a Tiled floor. All necessary kitchen utensils, delph and cutlery are provided.

The bathroom :

The 8 square meters bathroom has a large window facing the street. It is accessible from both the living room and bedroom. It is equipped with Washbasin, Shower, WC, Built-in wall closet, Built-in shelves and has a Tiled floor.
