Holiday villa in San Casciano Val di Pesa, a Tuscan village 8 miles from Florence. The villa is just 380 yards from village main square, so it is not necessary to use the car to get to restaurants, bars, banks or shopping.
The rental is managed directly by us the owners. We live in a villa few metres away from the rented one.
Florence centre can be reached without a car, bus stop is at 400 yards and in about thirty minutes will take you directly in the heart of Florence, few steps from Santa Maria Novella. Reaching the south entrance to Florence centre takes twenty minutes by car. Remember that you cannot enter inside Florence centre with you car (only authorized people can).
The villa to rent has got 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an equipped kitchen, a sitting room.
Outside: a terrace with view over Tuscan landscape, a gazebo, the garden with olive trees, a private parking for two cars inside the property, a stone barbecue, a table with four chairs and two deck chairs for relaxing.
