Welcome to Spring Bank Cottages in Hayfield, Peak District
Spring Bank Cottages are characterful and comfortable houses situated in the heart of Hayfield village. Both have spectacular views and south facing enclosed gardens. Hayfield is the gateway to the High Peak, and a thriving community with a choice of pubs, shops and restaurants, all within a 3 minute walk of the house. The house is well located for walking (it is at the foot of Kinder Scout) as well as for touring, with Chatsworth, Buxton and Castleton all within a short drive.
Both houses have been rennovated to a high standard, and are double glazed and centrally heated. Both have french windows and outdoor eating/ barbecuing areas. Number 26 accommodates up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. It has a kitchen and utility room and WC on the lower ground floor, 2 reception rooms on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Number 24 sleeps up to 7 plus a cot in 4 bedrooms. The lower ground floor has a garden room, and utility, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, sitting room, cloakroom and WC. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and the top floor has a king sized bed. Both houses have fully fitted kitchens with a micowave, a dishwasher and fridge freezer.
