This newly built, modern, detached cottage is located in the quiet crofting community of Aultgrishan, near Gairloch, situated approx. 200 yards from the shore in the Highlands of Scotland.
The cottage overlooks the sea, with views of Skye, Harris and Lewis. The Beinn Eighe Reserve and the Torridon Mountains are just a short distance away.
Aultgrishan has a cafe bar/restaurant, with another tea room nearby. The area's attractions include whale-watching and marine-life trips, including visits to the puffin colonies on the Shiant islands, salmon, trout and sea-fishing, golf course and pony trekking. Also, boat trips on Loch Maree to view Viking graves, bike hire, deer museum, guided hill walks and Inverewe Gardens, to name but a few.
