On the Ground floor there is a light and spacious farmhouse style oak kitchen with dining area, double bedroom with full bathroom. On the first floor the is a snug sitting room with glorious fell and valley views from three aspects. Outside there ia a patio with garden furniture, barbecue and glorious fell views. Archway to "secret" garden.
Stanley Ghyll Cottage has a DVD player and DVDs, VCR and videos, CD Radio and CDs, books and games. Satellite TV with all sports, movies and children's channels. Welcome tray with tea, coffee, homemade biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge.
Idyllic village location with two welcoming Inns serving good food and real ales. Mountains all around and fantastic walks from the doorstep in the Lake District.
