Swallow barn has three good size bedrooms;one has en-suite ; the living space is open plan with dining area,kitchen area, and lounge area,all on 1st floor there is a family bathroom on the ground floor all mod cons included. Outside the property has two patio areas with seating for 6 people in each area .

The barn is located up a private driveway within the Glaven Valley conservation area. the market town of HOLT is within walking distance the coast is within 3 miles and 6 miles from the seaside resort of Sheringham. parking for 3 cars is available next to the Barn .
