Welcome to our Holiday Chalet in Kingsdown, Kent
Our chalet is in a prime position and faces a large landscaped grassy area where children can play in complete safety as no cars are allowed on site although parking in our holiday car park is just yards away from the chalet.
The holiday home receives the sun all day, only moving to the rear decking in the afternoon, where sun worshippers can soak up the last rays of the day.
Kingsdown is a tranquil country village that boasts a Butcher shop, Post Office, Hairdresser and small Supermarket.
There are coastal walks and private beach less than five minutes from the Holiday Village. A short stroll will bring you to an old English Pub that serves (in our opinion) good pub Grub. Another two Bub/Restaurants can be found in the village itself.
There is a children's playgound on site, Bar /Restaurant and free WIFI connection.
Accommodation- Chalet
The chalet's lounge has a TV, Freeview and DVD player and a selection of children's toys. There are heaters to every room just in case of the occasional chilly evening.
A newly refurbished galley kitchen leads to a separate dining room with glazed door opening onto rear decking with plants, table and chairs for alfresco dining. but for those who would rather not cook, our restaurant has a take away menu.
The downstairs accommodation is open plan with a steep staircase leading up to a self contained twin bedroom, with chest of drawers and clothes rail. The main self contained double bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a travel cot for baby. There is a stairgate provided for the top.The third bedroom is downstairs (bunk bedroom). The bathroom is downstairs, and has a shower over the bath.
We should point out that due to the steepness of the stairs, the chalet may not be suitable for the enderly or infirm.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Towels are not included.
Please bring own Tea towels. Electricity is by £1 coin meter, so please bring a supply of coins with you.

£50 deposit is required on booking with the balance six weeks before commencing holiday.
