Welcome to our Large House in Norfolk

The farmhouse sleeps 16 in 6 bedrooms. Total refurbishment just completed with new kitchen and bathrooms together with hotel style hotwater and heating system. Also open log fires.

Set in its private 10 acres of garden, and Arboretum (open spaces and unusual trees) and backing onto 300 acres of Norfolk Trust woodland. Many walks and cycle rides along ancient paths or disused railway lines. Alternatively the razzmatazz of Norwich or Dereham.

We have also converted the barns to luxury ensuite bedrooms and living spaces full of character. This secluded place is tucked away from the hustle bustle amidst the flowers and trees of the Arboretum

There is easy access to the local pools, gym and health facilities in Dereham included a bowling alley. The entire coast of Norfolk with all its variety is 30-45 minutes away including the wave pool and steam railway at Sherringham.
