The Murray Arms Hotel is a typically traditional stone building situated in the centre of St. Margaret's Hope village. Over the last 15 years, it has been extensively renovated, and is now a popular and fully restored village centre Inn, with private car parking facilities at the rear of the building. All the rooms are en suite and have TV/radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Also a private residents lounge. We are close to the local shops, Post Office, Bus route into Kirkwall, and the car/passenger ferry service (Pentland Ferries on 01856 831226) linking us to mainland Scotland. Being only 500 yards from the ferry terminal makes it ideal for our guests to stay here, then enjoy an early breakfast before setting out on their journey south.
