The Old Grain Store, 5 star cottage in the Lake District, is on the main floor of the original barn and has been tastefully converted on two levels. Our luxury cottages sleeps two people in style and comfort. Downstairs is a large open plan living area and kitchen which benefits from the wonderful original high ceilings and beams. Open stairs lead to the kingsize bedroom and bathroom perched high up in the eaves of the barn with tremendous views of the local rural landscape.
The Lake District holiday cottage is in an idyllic location in the Kentmere valley, close to Kendal and Windermere. The cottage is located in its own 11 acre estate, with a 3 acre garden and pond. There are a range of facilities available on the estate including a tennis court. Dogs are welcome at Our self catering cottages which are all pet friendly.
This Lake District self catering cottage is furnished very comfortably and to an exceptionally high standard complying with the English Tourism Council’s (ETC) highest grading of 5 stars. The accommodation has its own private terrace to take advantage of the afternoon and evening sunshine.
