Welcome to our Cornish holiday cottages. The 6 Mineshop Miners Cottages, family owned since 1968,  are all named after Beaches and are called - Kiberick, Garyvoe, Parada, Bantry, Kallowen and Rusey. They are situated just up the Valley from Crackington Haven, near Bude in Cornwall and are located in a sunny south facing sheltered and peaceful postion. 

The Cottages all sleep up to 4 in 2 bedrooms, and pets are welcome.  

Our Cornish Holiday Cottages

The self catering cottages are equipped to a high standard with excellent facilities including leather lounge suites, Flat screen freeview Colour T.V with DVD player, fully equipped fitted Kitchen with full size Cooker, Fridge with ice box, microwave etc, Lounge/Diner, bathroom with full size bath and electric shower. There is one  double room and 1 room with twin Beds or 1 single bed and a cot, (please let us know your preference).  There is also an entrance porch and balcony or patio with tables and chairs, overlooking the woods/fields etc. All Bed linen is supplied free of charge.

Our Cottages’ Location on the North Coast of Cornwall

The cottages are located close to Crackington Haven, near Bude, in Cornwall, in the beautiful south-west of England. These six very secluded detached cosy one storey holiday cottages stand in 14 acres of peaceful wooded Valley, one mile through the valley footpath to the beach at Crackington Haven, with 2 coffee shops and Public House offering Bar food etc. They are close to Bude (9 miles), and many popular local attractions such as the Eden Project about 35 to 40 minutes, and Tintagel. Shops and Pubs are 1 and 2 miles.

Crackington Haven and the beach

You can walk to the Beach at Crackington Haven by taking the footpath through the Valley fields and Woodland. Distance is about 1 mile and takes between 20 and 30 minutes. At the Beach you will find a Pub selling Traditional Ales and Bar Food, two excellent Coffee Shops offering good value Lunches etc and a Beach Gift Shop.

Lifeguards operate at the Beach during the Summer Holiday from 10am to 6pm every day. Please take notice of the Flags and Signs. Surf Hire, if you wish to Hire a Surfboard or a Wetsuit you can do so by asking at The Cabin at Crackington Haven. Tennis Courts, if you would like to have a Game while you are here, you can hire a Court at The Beach Cafe.
