The White Rose B&B in Windermere is a four star guest house close to the village centre and in the perfect location for enjoying the beautiful English Lake District.
The guest house has six attractive en-suite bedrooms with really comfy beds, beautifully co-ordinated furnishings and those little extras that will ensure a great stay!
We have four standard en-suite double bedrooms, one superior en-suite double bedroom which also has a widescreen TV with a DVD player and a large comfortable sofa and one bedroom with a large zip and link bed which can be used as a twin bedroom or a king sized double bedroom.
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are in the main house and Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor of the house with access through a rear courtyard. Please note that this bedroom is completely separate from the other guest bedrooms in the main house.
All our rooms have an en-suite power shower, toilet and basin - with toiletries provided, a colour TV with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and an alarm clock radio.
Ater a good night's sleep, come down to our pretty dining room and enjoy our delicious, traditional English breakfast - and browse through the tourist guides, brochures, maps and plenty of information on the many tourist attractions in the area, and, of course, Caroline is always on hand to give advice on the places to visit.
