Town Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in the middle of Cloughton village. The rear of the cottages are in the farmyard and from here there is easy access to the spectacular coastline and beautiful surrounding countryside. Cloughton is on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park and offers vast areas of unspoilt countryside

Around Cloughton are quiet country lanes, which take you to beautiful rural areas such as Forge Valley, Harwood Dale, and Dalby Forest, or alternatively you can visit coastal hamlets such as Robin Hood’s Bay.
The surrounding towns, including Scarborough and Whitby, offer not only golden sandy beaches but also leisure, sporting activities and first class shopping facilities.
Goathland with its ‘Heartbeat’ and ‘Harry Potter’ connections is within easy reach as is the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.
There are miles of public footpaths and bridleways in the area and walks such as The Lyke Wake Walk and The Cleveland Way – the latter running along the farm coastline.
The old Scarborough to Whitby railway line also runs through the farm and is marvellous for walking, cycling or horse riding.
There is easy access to the farm even during the winter months and safe parking for all vehicles is available in the farmyard.
The Cottages are graded as 4 STAR and offer a high standard of accommodation.
Full gas central heating has been fitted throughout and this plus all electricity, bed linen, towels, etc. is included in the price. (Please bring your own beach towels).
The kitchens are exceptionally well equipped with gas cookers, microwaves, dishwashers, fridge/freezers and washer/dryers.
The tastefully decorated rooms include separate dining rooms and sitting rooms with living gas fires
The bathrooms in both cottages are very large and have separate baths and showers.
Cots, high chairs, etc. are available for both cottages free of charge.
Cottage No 46 is a large, roomy cottage, which sleeps up to 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room plus there is also a twin bedded room and a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is two further twin bedrooms (although one is set up like a double).
The cottage has a direct dial telephone, colour TV, DVD player and a set top box to access freeview digital channels.
Children are always welcome at Town Farm and this cottage has an adjacent, fenced in garden with swings and slides.
A large utility room and the garden also make this cottage perfect for visitors who wish to bring dogs.

Cottage No 47 is a very comfortable cottage sleeping up to 5 people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room plus there is also a single bedroom and a downstairs loo. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms; one is a twin and the other a double bedroom, with a King-size bed.
The cottage has a colour TV, video player and a set top box to access freeview digital channels.
