Welcome to our cottages in Mid Wales and Herefordshire
Bach and Mawr cottages are a converted stone barn on a 200 acre working sheep farm surrounded by hills to the east of the Cambrian Mountains. They are in a central position to the towns of Builth Wells, Rhayader, Llandrindod Wells and Llanwrtyd Wells. Available also is the Little Hollies a newly built flat situated on a working sheep and cattle farm near the village of Bredwardine. The Little Hollies is situated on the ground floor and is level throughout with plenty of space for wheelchair users.

Bach provides dog friendly self-catering accommodation in a newly converted stone barn situated on a sheep farm to the east of the Cambrian Mountains. This is a peaceful and remote location, where wildlife, including Red Kites can often be seen. There are many footpaths and bridle ways to explore.
There is a spacious kitchen, dining area and sitting room (with sofa bed). Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a shower room.
Bach has oil central heating and has an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, TV (free sat), DVD player and CD/radio and shares use of a freezer with Mawr. Bach also has a patio area with garden furniture.
Mawr and Bach share a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble drier) and there is also garage space available for each cottage. In addition there is a separate large wet room and toilet next to the laundry room, which may be used by guests. A travel cot and high chair can be available with prior arrangement.
Dogs:
One well behaved dog is welcome with prior arrangement for each, but please be aware this is a sheep farming area. No dogs allowed from March until the end of May due to the many ewes lambing in the area. There will be a charge of £10 for the dog.

Little Hollies is a newly built self-contained ground floor flat. The flat is level throughout, with adequate space for wheelchair users.

The flat comprises of a large open plan kitchen/dining/ living room, a large wet room, a double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has direct access to the wet room. The kitchen is fully equipped including: oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are shared laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble drier). There is a patio area with table and chairs and parking is available near the front door.
Mobile telephone reception is good at the Little Hollies. Little Hollies is not suitable for pets, but guide and assistance dogs are welcome to stay.
Little Hollies is situated in a rural position on a mixed farm (sheep and beef cattle) with views of the Wye valley. Little Hollies is in a central position for exploring the local area including: the city of Hereford approximately 14 miles away and the town of Hay on Wye approximately 8 miles. Hay on Wye holds a popular literature festival every May bank holiday.
