Welcome to our Luxury Holiday Cottages in Northumberland
The farmhouse cottage is an attractive stone-built 17th century house. Now fully restored as a luxury self-catering holiday cottage, The Farmhouse can sleep up to twelve persons and is suitable for a family reunion or other large group. Pantile cottage is the other self-catering holiday cottage at Village Farm. There are also four self-catering holiday chalets.
Our leisure complex in Village Farm comprises of a spa, swimming pool, gym, beauty salon, etc. All of our guests are welcome to use all our leisure facilities whichever property they occupy. Our prices are inclusive of all of our leisure facilties except beauty treatments, hairdressing and horse riding.
Our Location
Village Farm and Town Foot Farm Holiday Cottages are located midway between Alnwick, Alnmouth and Warkworth on Northumberland's Heritage Coast.
Close to the A1, Village Farm enjoys easy access from both Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders in the north and Newcastle in the south.
We are well positioned for all of Northumberland's main holiday attractions, including Alnmouth, Alnwick Castle, Alnwick Garden, Amble, Bamburgh Castle, Beadnell, Beamish Open-Air Museum, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Cragside, Craster, Dunstanburgh Castle, Holy Island, Morpeth, Northumberland National Park, Rothbury, Seahouses, Wallington Hall and Warkworth Castle.

Whichever of our self-catering holiday cottages you choose, our extensive leisure facilities are available for the duration of your holiday with us in Northumberland. The use of all these facilities are provided at no extra charge, except where indicated, and they are open for 365 days every year. You will be amazed at the range and quality of our all-inclusive leisure facilities. We have a suite of three treatment rooms, where we provide a full range of luxurious beauty therapy, massages, and pampering. We also provide a comfortable upstairs sitting room, with shelves of books, where refreshments are served. Adjoining the gym, a converted stable block houses our main leisure facility. The magnificent heated swimming pool measures 38 x 16 feet. The double-glazed building is constantly heated and the pool surround is carpeted and adorned with plants. There is a separate family changing room with baby changing facilities and hair dryers and vanity areas are provided in several places in the changing rooms.
