This beautiful studio apartment located in the heart of medieval Dinan and close to a wonderful variety of restaurants, cafes and delightful boutiques. A short walk from the apartment are many places of interest, including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horlorge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Serverne, the Chateau, and of course the Ramparts. A must is a leisurely stroll down the rue du Jerzual, graced with marvellous examples of Breton homes dating from the 1400’s, which ends at the picturesque Port of Dinan.
This apartment is situated on the second floor, and comprises a separate kitchen, bed/sitting room and separate bathroom.
For your comfort the fully fitted kitchen is furnished with an electric cooker and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Bathroom comprises a bath shower, basin, toilet and washing machine.
The Bed/Sitting room comprises 2 single beds, wardrobe, 2 armchairs, coffee table, writing desk, tv with French channels, cd player / radio and internet connection.
For your convenience all linen and towels are provided to our guests.
