Welcome to Amanda's B&B (The Former Old Red Lion Inn)
Open all year round and was a former old coaching Inn set in 3 acres of land, with plenty of character, and local history, located approx 4 miles from Kemble railway station and 7 miles from M4 junction 16.
The property has two self contained letting suites either the Old Coach house or the Annex. The coach house being the largest of the two. Both are fully equipped with all mod cons and come complete with continental breakfast, dvd/Video/Games rental, Ironing facilities, Sauna, Lock-up facility for bicycles and outside pation/BBQ area.
You will not be sharing your accommodation with any one else, unlike most B&Bs. There is a pub less than 100 meters from us which has two restaurants, and live music some evenings, there is also three takeaways less then 3 miles away. Swindon for the larger town facilities is approx 8 miles away, with the Ice rink, Cinema complex, Bowling alley, Pizza Hut, Asda Walmart, Tesco etc. And not to be missed in Swindon is the Greatwestern Outlet Village for all those cheap designer ranges/shopping.
There are several golf courses close by and plenty of lakes for course fishing, The Cotswold country water park, has, many water sports including jet ski /boat/ hire and horse riding and bikes etc. There are a selection of restaurants to eat on location there or some good local pubs serving food.
