These new apartments are in a delightful area surrounded by salt lakes, farm land and pine trees and close to the beautiful beaches.The village of La Marina is a 10 minute walk where you will find a good selection of local shops, nice restaurants and bars. This is a quiet area and very popular in summer with the Spanish from Madrid.
The apartments are situated on the end of the block giving side views to the sea and salt lakes. The first floor apartment and second floor apartment have the same layouts but are furnished differently. Each apartment has a spacious lounge with sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV and dvd player. Leading off the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and dishwasher in 2nd floor apartment only.
The second floor apartment has air conditioning whilst the first floor apartment has paddle fans throughout but both methods work extremely well in keeping the properties cool. There is also a rooftop solarium where you can enjoy the views, relax in the sun or have a BBQ. Both properties have large balconies which overlook the pool and have views to the sea.
There are two bedrooms with the first floor having a double bed room and a twin bedroom whilst the 2nd floor property has 2 double bedrooms.
The first floor property starts at £175 per week from November to March, £210 from April-15th June and September-October,
£310 from 16th June to 31st August.
The second floor apartment starts at £210 per week November to March, £280 per week from April to 15th June and Spetember-October, £350 per week 16th June to 31st Auugust.
