The recently renovated luxury Scottish holiday cottage has been furnished sympathetically and is very spacious and comfortable. It provides luxurious self catering holiday accommodation for 4 to 5 people, and is ideal for families. Outside there is a private terrace and guests are free to enjoy the picturesque and tranquil grounds of approximately 3 acres. Inside there are a range of excellent features and facilities, including freeview Sky TV and a wonderful wood burning stove. The cottage is also fully central heated.

Although surrounded by parkland and fields, a pleasant 15 minute walk takes you to the little village of Kippen with its two good pub/restaurants and delicatessen. 

The 3 acres of gardens comprise a large flat lawn with an embankment rising up to an area of woodland beyond.  In summer months there are cattle in the fields to the front and side of the property. Children will enjoy the play area of swings and large trampoline with safety net. In addition to the table and chairs on the terrace, there are also some teak recliners near the play area where parents can relax while keeping an eye on children. One well behaved dog is welcome (additional £20). 

Kippen, in Stirlingshire, provides the ideal base to explore the beauty of Scotland, with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs all close by, as well as Stirling itself.
