Welcome to our Luxury Holiday House in the Highlands

A spacious, detached house built in 2008, in the beautiful rural setting of Balgowan, 7 miles from Newtonmore in the Cairngorms National Park. It sleeps up to 10 people. All rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and separate dressing room with cot. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with double bed and bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 single beds.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has a large en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom 2 has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Third bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs shower room.

Kitchen Double range cooker with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink.

Games room: Games room with table tennis table and pool table.
Sitting room: Spacious L-shaped room with Satellite tv, stereo and CD player and good selection of books, games and cd's. Wood burning stove.
Sun room Large hexagonal room with oak floor, comfortably furnished with sofa and dining table for 10.

Garden ½ half acre enclosed garden with patio area and barbecue.
