Nestling close to the water's edge and set within a landscape of lakes and islands of gently rolling hills and fragrant woods, Belle Isle Castle is a haven of luxurious self-catering or fully catered accommodation. Situated at the heart of Belle Isle Estate and dating from the early 17th century the castle has been extensively yet sensitively refurbished, ensuring that a full range of modern facilities blends seamlessly with original period grandeur. This harmony between modernity and antiquity is the careful work of an esteemed international interior designer. Wifi is now available.
Taking its name from the nearby structure linking Belle Isle to the main shore is Bridge House, a fine, two-bedroom house surrounded by woodlands and boasting a position right by the water's edge.
The house has its own mooring for small boats and enjoys an unparalleled vantage point from which to fish or simply enjoy the views across the lakeland landscape.
Tucked into the gentle hillside on the other side of the water stands the recently renovated Cathcart’s Lodge which also enjoys magnificent views of Lough Erne. This delightful 4 star cottage has two bedrooms with two bathrooms ensuite
This charming two-storey cottage, built into the brickwork of the walled garden over a century ago, has been completely refurbished to provide self-catering accommodation of the very highest standard for four people. The property is suitable for visitors with a disability, as there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. With exceptional views of Lough Erne and the Walled Garden, the cottage is a unique and memorable place in which to stay.
