Accommodation
4 bedrooms all ensuite, comprising 3 twin bedrooms & 1 double (further beds can be provided) 3 of the bedrooms have a varanda overlooking the river and private pier.
Either Bed & Breakfast or full self catering is available, also evening meals can be provided at additional cost and with notice.
Facilities
All rooms have air conditioning.
Laundry can also be taken care of with prior notice and at additional cost.
We have good internet connection (plus there are plenty of internet cafes in Canavieiras town centre).
We have (obviously being in Brazil bahia) Bar-b-que and dine Alfresco, either in the large private garden/thatched kiosk by the river or on the varanda.
Airport collections can be arranged or alternatively there are buses/coaches to canavieiras from Ilheus (1 hour 30 minutes by car) or Salvador.
Tours and car hire/taxi can be arranged to visit the area, local cabanas, countryside etc.
Location
We are 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk town centre.
Activities include: Cultural trips to Historical colonial (Portuguese) town centre and the surrounding Atlantic forest, Fazendas (farms), boat & fishing trips amongst the mangroves, Deep Sea Blue Marlin fishing, beach and water sports, surfing, body boarding, wake buggy, kite surfing, walking, cycling, yoga. There is a local Gymnasium in the town centre. Horse riding. Buggy hire (when available).
