Welcome to our Self Catering Cottage in Brittany
Broons Cottage is a mid terraced cottage surrounded two other cottages. Broons Cottage is situated in a quiet, rural hamlet in the beautiful and varied Cotes d'Armor area of Brittany.

On the ground floor the fully fitted kitchen comes completely fitted out with all modern amenities, with its fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric cooker with full oven and hob, all your self catering holiday requirements should be accounted for.
The dining suite is in the kitchen/diner area and is large enough to cater for all your party as you enjoy your meal times sampling the delights of the fresh Breton produce and drink during your stay.
The lounge is furnished with a three-piece suite and television with free satellite channels and is tastefully decorated to a high standard to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
On the first floor the sleeping accommodation comprises of two bedrooms; a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a triple room with a double bed and one single, all of which are full size beds. Each of the rooms is decorated to a high standard with fitted carpets, wardrobes and bedside units enhanced with reading lamps.
The bathroom also located on the first floor has a full size bath and shower tap attachment, hand-basin and toilet.
Outside of the self catering property, there is ample off street parking and a large grassy area. To add to your enjoyment we are delighted to provide a barbecue and traditional wooden picnic table, which can be most relaxing on a hot day when you can shelter from the heat of the sun under the shade of the mature oak trees in the grounds.
Children are most welcome at our property and there is plenty of space for them to play outside on our large grassy area.
Our Location In Brittany
Broons Cottage is in Yvignac-La-Tour in the Cotes d'Amor region of Brittany. It is approximately 15km from the medieval town of Dinan and a 40 minute drive from the walled city of St Malo where you can catch the ferry.
Its location to St Malo means it is easy to get to from the uk, as there are many daily ferry crossings in and out of St Malo.
The area has many beautiful sandy beaches such as Sables d'Or, St Jacut, Dinard and St Cast. it is also near the excellent beach of Lancieux, which is noted for its modern wind surfing and water sports which contrast with the local traditions like seaweed collection.
The area is also very historical and is home to many different historical sites such as medieval town of Dinan and the Capital of Brittany with its medieval streets, half timbered houses and the Brittany Museum.
