Welcome to our Large Luxury House in North Wales
Our acommodation is a beautiful and gernerously propotioned 5 bed home. It has been recently decorated and now offers tasteful accomodation over 3 floors; the top rooms offer sea views.
Within our house we have a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room with table to seat 10. There is a seperate large lounge with period style gas fire. The spacious master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and there is a palacial bathroom with seperate shower, free standing victorian-style bath and toilet and additionally a seperate toilet. There are four other spacious bedrooms.
Outside there is an attractive lawned area, parking for 5-6 vehicles or a boat, the patio/terrace area with 10 seater teak table, chairs and bbq, offers an excellent sun trap or evening relaxation area. There is an enclosed area off the utility room, ideal for storing bikes and dingies.
Next to our house there is an adjoining path, allowing an enjoyable walk down to the pleasant sandy beach. The renowned Nefyn championship course is just a mile away from our house and approximately 7 miles away is the North West premier marina at Pwllheli.
Our Location
Nefyn is a seaside village on the LLeyn Peninsula, which boasts some of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Britain. Nefyn has a pleasant sandy beach with a beach side cafe and ice cream shop. Bryn Rhosyn is just 200 yards from this. Also within walking distance of the house is Nefyn village providing a number of small shops and a pub. Bryn Rhosyn is also a good base to discover the activities of the peninsula including scenic coastal walks, excellent golf, sailing, horse riding, fishing and boat trips.
