Camp In London, from 26 July – 13 August 2012 is a campsite in a festival atmosphere, just a 5-10 minute shuttle bus ride from the Olympic Park.
It provides visitors to London with an affordable accommodation solution during the Olympics. It’s a celebration of the best cuisine, ales, cider, art and culture in Britain today.
Camping starts from £10pp* per night to pitch-your-wn tent. For a more comfortable stay, pre-erected tents are available from £40pp while luxury bell tents are just £100pp per night. Both of these include daily breakfast.
Wicked Campers are the exclusive campervan providers for the event. Pitches are available from £15pp per night. All camping options have a two-night minimum stay.
Campers have access to an abundance of onsite facilities including:
- kid’s club
- bicycle hire and tours
- shuttle bus services
- supermarket
Plus, there is an onsite entertainment zone which features a stage for live entertainment, bar, food stalls, large screen TV and picnic area - free to campers most days. Please note that due to licensing restrictions however, pitch-your-own campers may be refused entry to special ticketed events at the weekends but will still have access to an onsite chill-out zone.
