Casa Tia Villa is a Luxury Villa, furnished and equipped to a high European standard. The Villa is a detached property with swimming pool, nestling in 1/4 acre walled and gated - mature tropical garden.
The location of the Villa is in the south-east of the Island. The locality is a valley flanked by Lion & Bamboo Mountains, and is at the gateway to Domaine Kesterel Valley, which is designated an area of outstanding beauty in Mauritius.
The advantage of our rural location, is that we are also only 200 metres from the coast, and a short drive by car or local bus, to the fabulous tourist resorts on the south and east coast of the Island.
