This warm and bright open plan duplex is on the third and final floor of an attractive centrally located building less than five minutes walk from Chamonix town centre and less than a minute's walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The duplex has its own underground parking with direct lift access.
Downstairs there is a modern kitchentte (with halagen hob, oven-grill and the essental diswasher!), a dining table with seats 8, 1 double sofa bed and 2 double "alpine beds" (beds with beds which pull out from beneath), large shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs on the mezzanine floor are a raised double bunk-bed, with a single bed underneath and two single beds plus a shower room with basin. The apartment can actually sleep 11, but we would recommend a maximum of 8.
The apartment is situated on the Via d'Aoste, a lively street with excellant restaurants, cafes and shops. The flat is within easy walking distance of the railway and bus stations where buses to all pistes depart regularly in the ski season, or one can walk a few minutes to numerous lifts. 50m to the Aiguille du Midi cable car (the third most visited natural site in the world) and 400m from the central square of Chamonix.
