Welcome to Chancery Cottage

A beautiful spacious self-catering cottage nestled in the heart of Hay-on-Wye.  The cottage sleeps four person with two double bedrooms.  It has a large comfortable sitting room with an open gas fire and central heating which makes the cottage feel very cosy.  The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a kitchen table with chairs so great for dining.  From the kitchen there is access to the pretty private, walled patio equipped with garden furniture.  There is a downstairs bathroom with toilet, large bath and separate shower unit.  Upstairs, which is carpeted, are two pretty double rooms.  All services are provided within the rental including all bed linen - please note there is an additional charge of £10 if you require towels.

The cottage is located in a quiet and pretty cul-de-sac minutes walk to all the facilities Hay has to offer from many bookshops and antique shops, clothes and shoe shoes, bars, restaurants and cafes.  A wonderful place to come to relax and unwind.
