with swish shower, sink unit and cabinets. 1st floor WC and sink unit. Kitchen/diner (ground floor) a beautiful
modern kitchen with tiled floor, traditional fireplace, exposed beam, gas hob, oven and grill, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, crockery and cutlery. Sturdy wooden table seats eight
or more. Living room (ground floor) a large room with French windows and exposed wooden beam. Sofas, television,
DVD player, amplifier and speakers, books, local area information. Sofa converts to a double bed for additional
accommodation. Ensuite bedroom 'le Chat' including shower, toilet, sink, microwave and kettle can be rented in
combination with Maison La Mountagne creating an extra 2 to 3 bed spaces.
