Our flat offer a lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full gas central heating, garden with drying facilities and sitting out area and additional front garden.
Accommodation is available for up to 5 people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and adult size bunk beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet. Cot available.
Situated directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife.
