Close to wonderful sandy beaches that are excellent for windsurfing, body boarding and kite surfing. Near to unique sailing harbours and canoing, waterskiing etc. Only a few miles from the South Downs and woodland walks. 7 minutes from Chichester City and near Arundel, Bognor, Emsworth, Portsmouth and Southampton. 90 minutes by train from London. Castles, museums and galleries all closeby.

The house is large, light and airy with excellent facilities including luxury hot tub outside for 8 people and its own large private patio and an inside sauna. Mature private garden. Full disabled access incl downstairs bathroom and bedroom. We cater for babies and children too! - Lots of local attractions. eg Goodwood events are 15 minutes away!

We welcome well behaved dogs- depending on type there may be a surcharge for cleaning. Towels incl but please bring own towels for hot tub / beach use. Groups and families encouraged, also hen parties.

Week long letting and short / weekend breaks. Opposite complementary health clinic - reduced rates for treatments!
