Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in Dorset
Beautifully comfortable, quiet and private - Church Farm Stables ia a very special place to stay.
Church Farm Stables has two double bedrooms, one with double bed, ensuite shower room, and a twin bedded room with bathroom next door. East facing terrace, L shaped sitting room with dining area, kitchen all machines. Suitable for 4 people. Ample parking, ramp to front of house, for ease of access. Doors wider, switches lower to accommodate wheel chair users. The accommodation is all on one level, no steps within the property.
Located in the village of Buckland Newton, a central location from which many National Trust properties and gardens, the south coast and the birthplace of Thomas Hardy can easily be visited. Lots to see and do locally. The Jurassic South Coast is within easy reach, probably a 40 minute car ride. Burton Bradstock, Abbotsbury, Studland, all worth visiting.
Wonderful village shop, within walking distance, selling lots of local produce, and village pub called The Gaggle of Geese. The pub holds Goose Auctions twice a year, in May and September, selling all forms of poultry, small pets, car boot. Great fun for all the family. Buckland Newton has a Fete on Bank Holiday Monday in August, and it is very popular as that too is held at the Pub.
A perfect holiday destination, one to relax, unwind and just live life at a slower pace. Extremely comfortable, elegant and somewhere you will want to return to time and time again. Call to check availability.
