Clos Les Rossimas is a  Provencal villa providing comfortable accommodation for four to six people. Located in a quiet location just outside the small town of Pignans at the heart of the Var and flanked by the majestic Massif des Maures, the villa is the perfect location for exploring the surrounding countryside, vineyards and towns. Mediterranean beaches are also only half an hour away.
About the villa
Clos les Rossimas is a single-storey building set in a private, gated courtyard garden with a swimming pool and ample space for outdoor living. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom.
The main living area has a modern kitchen equipped with cooker and dish washer. There is a utility room with a fridge freezer and washing machine.
The villa sleeps four but extra sleeping accomodation is available in the main living area which has a comfortable double sofa bed.
Outside, there is a spacious courtyard garden which is reached from the main living room through two sets of French windows. There is a terrace for outdoor meals. The villa is south- facing and catches the sun throughout the day, but there is also shade. The garden is mainly paved and includes a private swimming pool.
There is parking space for up to three cars immediately adjacent to the house.
A short stroll from Pignans
The villa is only five minutes walk from the small, charming town of Pignans. The town has a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Several fine domains are nearby and the Cooperative is excellent value.
