The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has full Air Conditioning/Heating. There is an open plan lounge & dining area with flat screen TV complete with Sat channels, dvd, playstation 2 and i-pod docking station. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances, dishwasher & washing machine. The double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a console style dressing table and the twin bedded room has fully fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers . The 4 piece bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower over the bath. A full set of towels are provided per person.
The large roof solarium has panoramic views over the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and the pool and gardens and is perfect for private sunbathing and alfresco dining. It is fully furnished with a large dining table, 6 chairs & sun loungers and has a retractable sunshade over the dining area. There is a gas bbq and electricity point for i-pod and even a shower to cool off.
The lower balcony has views over the swimming pool and gardens and is furnished with a bistro set.
The apartment has a selection of Playstation 2 games, dvd's & books for guests use. Tennis rackets, pool toys and a parasol 7 cool box for the beach are also provided.
The apartment is situated in lush gardens overlooking the central swimming pool with seperate childrens area. The pool is gated for safety and there is childrens play area on sand. There is a swimming pool in each garden area.There is a private parking space close to the apartment and the Resort is gated.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the many sports facilities on offer including Golf, Tennis, basketball, bike hire,football and a Gym. Condado is part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail, 7 coures within a 25 mile radius said to be the best golf experience in Europe.
Golfing Packages, including club hire and green fees can be arranged for any of the Jack Nicklaus courses or other courses in the Murcia Area (please enquire).
The supermarket, bars and restaurants can be found in Morroccan style 'Al Kasar' Resort town centre again just a 5 minute walk.
For those wanting to explore off the Resort the beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida (warm Coast) are a 15 minute drive. The Sierra Espuna National Park is on the doorstep with walking and cycling trails and Espuna adventure offering Quad biking, kayaking and even paragliding for the adventurous. The terra aqua and terra Natura water park and zoo are 20 mins drive.
Cartegena & Murcia City are 30 mins away for shopping, restaurants and historical interest. There are weekly markets in Totana and Mazarron.
