Inside there is a modern kitchen with Gas fired Aga and integrated gas hobs.There are many period features including original oak beams and fireplaces and three staircases.Furnished for large parties with a large oak refectory table and chairs and antique wardrobes.The family bathroom, complete with separate shower and Victorian roll-top bath, is in the traditional style. There is a convenient wet room and WC on the ground floor, ideal for washing sandy children.
There is a garden room with a dartboard and a small pool table.
A paved sun terrace behind the kitchen acts as a sun trap and is ideal for al fresco dining or taking the sun.Steps lead up to a very large lawned garden bordered by a stream and the country park.The courtyard between the coach house and the main house provides ample secure parking for guests cars.The front garden is filled with lavender and rosemary and is oriented for enjoying the sun.
