Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in Devon

Our three bedroom cottage has been thoughtfully refurbished and mixes the old with the new, combining classic with contemporary.

Our cottage has a open plan sitting room and dining room have stripped pine floor boards and the sitting room has its original open fireplace. There is a new cream kitchen is well fitted and includes everything you will need.

On the ground floor is a single bedroom. At the back of the house on the first floor is a double bedroom with chest of drawers, hanging space and double French doors, which lead directly out into the garden.

The main bedroom is at the front of the property. It has two windows which provide splendid views across Coronation Park and the River Dart. There is a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The main bathroom is situated on the first floor and has a bath with shower, wc, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Off the main bedroom is the en-suite shower room with wc, hand basin and a heated towel rail.
