This very comfortable and modern apartment can be found in Novo Sancti Petri close to Chiclana in the province of Cadiz in Andalucia. It is situated on the second floor and therefore is not suitable for disabled (there is a lift).
It is adjacent a golf course (views from the terrace and lounge) and very close to the golden sandy beaches that this part of Andalucia is famous for. There are shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen (no oven), large lounge/diner, shower room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a good size roof terrace with furniture overlooking the golf course and pine trees.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. The property has air-conditioning/heating and evrything needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
There is a community pool and terrace area beside the golf fairway to the rear of the property. Easy parking.
