Nestling into the top of a wooded hillside about 6 miles from the Lake, Gold Award winning Cyfie Farm is in a spectacular setting overlooking the Vyrnwy Valley with views across the width of Wales. The wonderful  views are best enjoyed from the National Gardens Scheme Gardens or the hot tub and sauna spa.  Cyfie is a uniquely peaceful, tranquil and remote location, where guests can experience the true meaning of silence, and  with all the comforts of a top hotel, Cyfie is the perfect retreat from the modern world. We have luxurious self-catering cottagestoo: recently converted to the highest standard with features such as flagged under floor heating and steam shower.  Locally sourced produce is used in all our cooking; both Neil and Claire, the owners, are Cordon Bleu trained and dinner is available by request Thursday-Saturday evenings.  Guests can wander through the award winning gardens and enjoy the spectacular views,  admire the sculptures by local artist Andy Hancock, or spend time relaxing in the summer houses where the abundant variety of bird and wild life can be enjoyed. There is a badger sett directly behind the garden where wildlife enthusiasts have been known to sit up late in the evenings to see them. Guests can enjoy being on working farm with horses, sheep and cattle and watch many of the farming activities that take place over the seasons. There are many walks which can be taken from the farm through the lovely Montgomeryshire countryside.
